Families will love the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra’s Music at the Watering Hole, a FREE ONLINE family concert.  The program will feature a stimulating original story by national best-selling author, Michele Wallace Campanelli that will come to life on screen with a film presentation created and directed by award-winning Mendx StudiosKing of Africa, Kojo the Lion, was surprised when a box fell off a tourist bus and dropped a symphony of musical instruments near his watering hole. With a great love for music, Kojo decides to bring all of the wild animals of the Savannah together.  Could these natural enemies learn to get along to become an orchestra? And just what would they play?  The concert will feature music from Madagascar, Lion King, Zootopia, Jungle Book, Jurassic Park, The Croods and more.

Artist Information


Michele Wallace Campanelli is an American writer, singer and celebrity. She has had nine stories appearing on the best-sellers list, including two that reached #1 on the New York Times. Her short stories have been included in over 30 international selling anthologies. She has also penned numerous novels, magazine and newspaper articles in both fiction and non-fiction published by Simon & Schuster, Chronicle Books, Fireside Books, Fictionwise, Whiskey Creek Press, Wee Creek Press, Florida Today Newspaper, Woman’s World Magazine, Adamsmedia, McGraw-Hill, Multnomah Books, Red Rock Press, HCI and America House Publishing. When Michele isn’t writing, she is CEO of Regal Entertainment Services LLC and Social Media Director of the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra which performs concerts across Central Florida. Recently, she earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from Southern New Hampshire University and had her screenplay Musicians Are Superheroes made into a movie by Twelve Atlas Films. Over 57 million people have read her written works internationally. Eric Pinder is an acclaimed actor, director, and writer who has performed in the Central Florida area for twenty five years. At home in drama, comedy, and musicals he has appeared with Mad Cow Theatre, Orlando Shakes, Florida Opera Theatre, Sarasota Symphony as well as various theme parks. He has performed in twenty two Orlando Fringe Festivals, having written  seven of his own works including Driving Miss Cherry Blossom which was awarded Critic’s Choice “Best Comedy.”  He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Michigan State University and an MFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Florida. Some of his favorite roles include Officer Lockstock (Urinetown), Fagin (Oliver), Major-General Stanley (Pirates of Penzance), Lucius (The Explorers Club), Richard (The Exit Interview), Louis (Shipwrecked!) and The Chairman (Mystery of Edwin Drood). He has directed plays, musicals and operas including Gianni Schicci, Carmen, Amahl and The Night Visitors, Les Mamelles de Teresias, The Seven Year Itch, Jeffrey,  Secrets Every Smart Traveller Should Know, and for Space Coast Symphony, The Merry Widow (which he also adapted) and assisted with The Mikado. He will be directing Brighton Beach Memoirs In January. Eric is an avid Ice Hockey fan and is finishing the libretto for a hockey opera called Goaliedammerung.
